About Bruce Attridge:
Mr. Attridge began his banking career in January of 1990 leading a national Financial Services Firm’s local lending office with locations throughout the state of Maryland. In 1992, he was offered a bank lending position at one of the largest banks in the country-- Home Savings of America, FSB--a West Coast thrift. In 1994, his experience afforded him the exciting opportunity to run a successful wholesale banking operation for Colombo Savings Bank, FSB, a local institution in the DC area with a unique lending product that he had created and one which, catapulted a small bank operationally from 2 telephones on the floor, to lending in 23 states by 1998.

In the spring of 1998, Mr. Attridge then embarked on his own entrepreneurial journey and created a mortgage brokerage firm focusing on his expertise with the creation of his vision in residential lending: 40YearMortgages.com. In 2006, with the markets shifting, Mr. Attridge recognized this paradigm shift in lending and hired a talented Commercial Lending staff locally and in Florida to accommodate and capitalize on this market while continuing residential lending in the 40-Year space.

In the 2nd quarter of 2008, and with 17+ years of banking experience behind him, Mr. Attridge began to reshape the focus once again with institutional assistance in mind. Embracing this current emerging credit crunch crisis, Mr. Attridge put together a group of experts specializing in all aspects of distressed debt. With Calibre’s wealthy clients and Mr. Attridge’s experts onboard, they began networking with several hundred contacts originating ‘one-off’ opportunities of distressed plays in the commercial and residential markets secured by real estate. The focus was on audiences comprised of: portfolio managers of banks (who recognize their own institutional need of removing classified or ‘watch list’ loans), ‘workout specialists’ in portfolio management, and final decision makers of portfolios/pools of distressed debt as well as his vast network comprised of close to 20 years of crucial banking partners and contacts.

2010 has seen a rebound in the markets again which has allowed Mr. Attridge to continue expanding 40YearMortgages.com offering critical applications to homeowners and satisfying even more client requests who are in search for the Absolute-Lowest-Home Loan-Payments with a proven product.

Mr. Attridge is a passionate writer, an avid recreational ice hockey player, a fan of both professional and minor league hockey and a student of the sport. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland & St. John’s College Military High School in the District of Columbia.
